Colloids' UK team has been using internal communications to reinforce the message 'quality ensures delivery'
UK-based masterbatch manufacturer, Colloids, has recently been engaged in a company-wide drive to re-emphasise the ongoing importance of quality within the business.
The message ‘quality ensures delivery’ has been used in internal communications and events to highlight key issues such as cutting waste, saving money, attention to detail and continuous improvement.
“Innovation - and expertise in formulating - are vital for our masterbatch clients and so is quality,” explained Josephine Bagnall, Sales and Marketing Director at Colloids.
The company used two international events, World Quality Day and European Quality Week, to highlight its campaign.
“Quality is like the proverbial bicycle. You do have to keep reinforcing the message and you can never afford to let up,” commented Dr Melinda Bagshaw, Head of Quality at Colloids, who spearheaded the events.
“Quality is not just a department. It is a whole way of thinking and acting that runs through the lifeblood of a company. Our quality week highlighted key messages and involved everyone – but the other 51 weeks in the year are just as important.“
