Astropol and sister company, Colourpol, have taken on a new staff member for their technical services department.
Colour masterbatch manufacturer, Astropol, has recruited additional staff in order to satisfy demand the company is receiving from new business opportunities.
The Wigan-based business has taken on a new Product Development and Quality Engineer to work at the laboratories of both Astropol, as well as its sister company, Colourpol, to enhance the technical capabilities of the company.
“A new Product Development and Quality Engineer is a really great addition to our team and a fine asset to our colour-orientated manufacturing business, which is focused on offering colour masterbatches not only for PVC, but also now for an extended range of polymers including Polyolefins, Polyesters, Styrenics and other Engineering Polymers,” explained Chris Wright, Managing Director.
“Our new appointee has considerable product development experience coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills, gained within a variety of laboratory environments, and is enthusiastic and excited about new business opportunities,” he added.
