EREMA will demonstrate its recycling technology live at CHINAPLAS
EREMA is showing a live demonstration of its recycling technology for processing heavily printed LDPE materials at CHINAPLAS.
The company is exhibiting an INTAREMA 1007 TVEplus with an EREMA SW4/104 RTF melt filter l with a throughput of 300-350 kg/h, which will produce recycled pellets and reprocess them directly into film at the booth.
EREMA says the high demand for TVEplus technology is a result of the challenges faced in recycling processes for heavily printed materials that contain binding agents and other additives that break down in parts.
The TVEplus technology offers efficient filtration, homogenisation and degassing to produce high-quality recyclates which are, for example, reused in the production of film made from even full-surface and multiple-layer printed film scraps in a single pass.
